What Information Do We Collect?
* First and last name
* e-mail adress

* zipcode & city

For what Purpose Do We Use Personal Information?
* Your firts and last name and adress are used to send an order.
* Your first and last name and e-mail adress will be used for sending commercial newsletters, if you have registered for this.
* We can use your name, e-mail adress and telephone number that you enter when placing an order to answer questions and/or inquire about an order. It is not mandatory to enter your telephone number, so communication can always be done via e-mail.
* Your e-mail adress is used to send you a confirmation an invoice after placing an order. The delivery service can also send a Track & Trace code on behalf of Fashionesta when the package is sent.
* Your IP adress is saved when you place an order to recognize abuse upon payment.
Your Data on Fashionesta.nl
If you are registered for our newsletter, have completed a contact form or have made a purchase and do not wish to receive any e-mail from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by to contact us.
Your e-mail address will be removed from our file immediately and will not be saved.
Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and on the system of Mijnwebwinkel.nl
Data that you enter when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor Mijnwebwinkel.nl. Mijnwebwinkel provides a level of security that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawfull processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as standard.
Your Rights
* You have the right at all times to withdraw permission to process your data. Your data will then no longer be processed.
* You have the right to view, modify and delete your data at any time.
* You have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you do not agree with how we process your data.
* You have the right to request that your data be legibly transferred to another party.

Do You Have To Provide Your Data?
We cannot send you orders or information without your data. We therefore only process your data to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible and/or receive information. We will never sell and/or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing the order, such as the mail deliverer.
When you pay for your order, you will be reffered to a so- called Payment Processor via a secure connection. Your payment detailes (credit card number, Paypal login of IDeal data) are not passes on to our servers by this secure connection and are therefore not stored.
The Security Of Your Data
We have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption via an SSL certificate and two factor authentication, ensure a security level that matches the data we process.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that are sent with my website and are stored by your browser on the device with wich you visit the website, for example your computer or telephone. When you visit the website again later, the information stored in the cookie can be sent along.
The cookies ensure that the website works as well as possible and that the advertisement are tailored to your preverences.
Our statistics package, Google Analytics, also places cookies. We would like to know how our visitors use the website and how many people visit our website every month, so that we can optimize the use of our website. With Google Analytics, the information is anonymised as well as possible. Your IP adress is explicitly not used. We therefore cannot trace you personally.
You can disable and/or delete cookies via your browser settings. You can automatically disable third-partie cookies, indicate in your browser settings that you do not want to be tracked, and always delete cookies from your browser and block them per domain.

Retention Period
Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for wich it was received. These are the retention periods we hold:
* Emails and Newsletters. Your information that you provide when registering newsletters is stored as long as you are registered for it. When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your data will be deleted from our system within 3 months. You will immediately no longer receive a newsletter.
* Personal data for orders. Your data will not be stored for longer than 6 months after your last order, unless you have a profile. When you have a profile, your data will remain in custody, unless you indicate that you want to cancel your profile.
* The data in my accounting system is kept for at least 7 years in order to comply with legal obligations. After the expiry of these 7 years, your data will be deleted within one year, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it longer.
Amendments
Fashionesta reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at all times. The changes take effect at the announced time of entry into force.
